Booked a room for the newlyweds crystal room, the room itself is good but disappointed service. Allowed for the young to bring their wine and fruit, as well as personal belongings to change. I brought everything in advance, for the day. The day’s events call for 30 minutes that young to go in the room got it. In fact in the room there was no fruit no wine until the groom approached the administration, just could not find their personal belongings where there was everything for the wedding night and the usual things. This is not a little upset. The payment for the room also included Breakfast but for some reason it was not brought.
