Mini hotel in the center of St. Petersburg

Отдыхали с женой: оба в полнейшем восторге и от самого отеля, и от качества работы персонала! Потрясающее место, рекомендуем!

Гостиница супер, хоть и не находится непосредственно на Невском, отдыхали в период с 12.01.2025-17.01.2025, при заселении, к сожалению не дали на ресепшене два ключа, объяснив, что положен один .
Сама гостиница и номера, великолепны, уборку производили по желанию, каждый день пополняли воду, шампунь и тд. Завтраки не заказывали. Все супер, будем рекомендовать друзьям
Для зарубежных гостей большой плюс, оплачивать можно на месте.

Отдыхали с 30.12.24 по 03.01.25. Ставлю авансом 5, девушки на ресепшен скрасили недостатки. Им 5+.
В джакузи пробка слива не работает, пришлось открывать рукой, вываливается форсунка.
На завтрак заказывали «руссский» , в первый раз был блин с мясом, во второй раз мяса по видимому не хватило. Сэндвичи-один хлеб, между хлебом даже не видно что лежит. Остальные блюда на 5.
Номер большой. Чисто. Уборка производится в любое время, согласовывается при выходе из отеля. Не надо уходить по расписанию.
На потолке, в месте стыка панелей просвет, кидается в глаза при включенном освещении. Кажется мелочи, но сильно раздражает.
Общее впечатление хорошее, расположение отеля удобное, есть парковка.

Отдыхала в этом отеле уже два раза. Были на Рождество в этом году, отдыхали в лунном люксе. При заезде был комплимент от отеля – шампанское и чизкейки. Персонал очень приветливый и всегда шли на встречу на наши просьбы, в частности, мы просили принести в номер посуду. Приехали мы в самые морозы, но в номере было тепло, особенно порадовал теплый пол. Джакузи шикарное, но есть небольшой запах затхлости из форсунок. Из минусов только вид из окна (т. е. полное его отсутствие, окна выходят на стены Арктического музея), но нас это вообще не напрягало. Осенью хотели снять авантюриновый люкс, но, к сожалению, он был занят, но девушка любезно предложила нам пожить сначала в лунном номере, а потом переместиться в авантюриновый. В авантюрином джакузи немного послабее чем в лунном, но есть и свой оригинальный плюс, он находиться прямо в номере, а не в отдельном помещении. Осенью очень порадовало, что теперь в меню завтраков появился конструктор, т.к. в каждом меню завтрака, как правило, одно какое нибудь блюдо нас не устраивало. Кстати, завтраки приносят прямо в номер, за это огромный респект отелю. И ещё, мы брали с собой зонтик, но оказалось , что зонтики у отеля в наличии и всегда предлагаются гостям в дождливую погоду. До Невского шаговая доступность, причем можно выйти и на площадь Восстания и на сам Невский в районе станции Маяковского. Думаю, что в следующий наш приезд остановимся в этом отеле!

Отдыхали с супругом у вас с 27 на 28е ноября. Очень понравилось!)
Сервис отличный начиная со входа. Нас встретила приветливая девушка на ресепшн Анастасия. Все подробно рассказала и соориентировала по всем вопросам и провела устный, встречный инструктаж по ПБ.
Очень чисто и приятный интерьер!
Особенно остались довольны теплым полом в номере и большой гидромасссажной ванной.
Хорошая косметика для ухода!
Есть практически все, что требуется в номере.

Решили расписаться 8.8.2024 на Васильевском острове. Забронировали отель Premium на 2 ночи, люкс с джакузи.

Когда бронировали было опасение, что если отель на час, то возможно будет не очень «чисто».
Опасения не оправдались!!! Очень чисто, красиво, уютно. Номер приятно удивил. Больше чем на фото. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Брали ещё пакет с украшением и едой для молодоженов. Все вкусно и красиво оформили к нашему приезду вечером после регистрации.
Помимо романтики получили ещё много красивых фото для утра невесты. Завтрак можно выбрать, приносят в номер.

Очень стильный Авантюриновый люкс,чистота идеальная,джакузи восхитительная,лучшая из всех,где мы были,душ очень хороший,но нет держателя ,приходилось держать в руке или как вариант включать тропический душ)

Из минусов-привозной завтрак,не очень и наличие комаров ночью
Берите фумигатор

Отдых на высшем уровне,всё понравилось,отношение к гостям отличное,вернемся ещё раз!!!!

Снимали номер на годовщину свадьбы, отель суперский, персонал вежливый, подарили 2 часа в подарок в честь праздника, проводили в номере фотосессию, фотки получились огненные ❤️
Единственный минус, завтрак принесли в номер холодный

Заехали в отель в конце августа 2022. Были приятно удивлены. Отношение персонала на высшем уровне. Поселили нас в абсолютно новый полу люкс. По нашей просьбе номер был украшен для новобрачных со свечами и лепестками роз… Нашему восторгу просто не было предела… Замечательный утренний завтрак прямо в номер. При выселении подарили сертификат на следующее посщение, скидка 1000 рублей. Обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё раз.

Отличные номера, всё необходимое есть. Компактный санузел. Номер чистый, в самой гостинице также всё аккуратно и чисто. Приветливый персонал, завтраки приносили в номер по предварительному заказу.Завтраки вкусные и достаточно сытные. Удобное расположение, недалеко от Невского проспекта. Гостиница располагается, во внутреннем дворе, за музеем Арктики

Замечательный отель, прекрасное место для отдыха , в каждом номере свой интересный интерьер и стиль, в некоторых номерах есть джакузи и инфракрасная сауна,что даёт возможность отдохнуть после длительных прогулок по городу, или просто отдохнуть) при заселении предлагается выбрать шикарный завтрак на ваш вкус, расположение в центре города позволяет увидеть всё достопримечательности Санкт-Петербурга,

Историческое место ( за музеем) Есть стоянка ( в центре города!!). Минус -если завтрак покупать … привозят их… не очень вкусно… лучше выйти в город .. на Кузнечном, пышки ( кстати вкусные, почти классика)) поесть. Я бы попросил соединительный провод к телевизору добавить, чтобы можно было флэшку соединять.. ( телевизоры почти все в нишах укреплены )

Все отлично, номера хорошие. Персонал отзывчивый и заботливый.

Отмечали новый год. Все было круто. Сервис на уровне . Место в центре , но тихое.

Уютный отель,чисто на 5…сервис,тишина и спокойный отдых на 5,никаких вопросов не возникло,атмосфера,завтрак все понравилось,а так же продумано все до мелочей…!спасибо!!!!буду советовать отель друзьям и находить время посетить его снова👍

Очень понравился и отель, и обслуживающий персонал, и сам город конечно же! путешествовали вдвоём с сыном, ( и надо отметить, что туристы мы со стажем, были и в Европе, и в Азии, и в Турции само собой), отель находится буквально в шаговой доступности от всех достопримечательностей и популярных локаций, отель выбирали долго, и остались ооочень довольны, завтраки приносили прямо в номер по заказному меню, нам хватало, круассаны вообще наивысшей похвалы! Понадобился утюг-принесли вместе с гладильной доской, доп.одеяло-пожалуйста, у нас даже зонты были, а в Питере без них никуда! В общем, 10 баллов по десятибалльный шкале. Если ещё доведётся побывать в культурной столице, – остановимся только здесь!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, we really liked everything. We had Breakfast in cafes in the city. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. An iron and ironer were brought immediately after the request, in the room a kettle, tea, cups, sugar, bathrobes, Slippers, etc. The room faced the courtyard of a residential building. It was all very quiet, good insulation. The car was parked at the hotel, Parking for 5-6 cars. To the center of 5 minutes. We didn’t find any disadvantages, and we didn’t look for them. Photos match. Everything is comfortable, everything is super! Recommend.

Round-the-clock check-in is great. I wanted to go for a walk at five in the morning, they let me in and let me out without any problems. I walked around the empty morning center and returned. A Jacuzzi in the room is expensive, but worth it. Perfectly relaxing and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. Rose petals are fresh. Service level. Everything is friendly and on time. The only thing was that the CD with romantic music was jammed, but I told the reception about it. It’s relatively quiet for the city center. We were unlucky with a youth group under the window (the Windows of the room looked out on the back of the Museum of the Arctic and Antarctic), the girl from the reception called the police, but they did not come. But the young people left at two o’clock in the morning and generously let us sleep.

Excellent location . A convenient place to Park a car, the car was left right under the Windows of your room and plus the territory-the yard is closed with an iron gate . Nice price , the price included a very tasty and hearty Breakfast. The hotel is clean, tidy, nothing superfluous. Responsive 24-hour administrator.

So many events in my life are connected with this hotel… the first time we visited it on our 3-year anniversary of the relationship, then the 4th. And this year on 11 August I met at our favorite hotel the morning of the bride. Everything is as always at the highest level: chic, cozy rooms, the best staff and, of course, a Jacuzzi in the room! We can say that my husband and I have become regular customers of the Premium Spa hotel and, of course, we will continue to be them! So I just want to say thank YOU for a wonderful stay and memories that happen in your hotel!

Booked a room for the newlyweds crystal room, the room itself is good but disappointed service. Allowed for the young to bring their wine and fruit, as well as personal belongings to change. I brought everything in advance, for the day. The day’s events call for 30 minutes that young to go in the room got it. In fact in the room there was no fruit no wine until the groom approached the administration, just could not find their personal belongings where there was everything for the wedding night and the usual things. This is not a little upset. The payment for the room also included Breakfast but for some reason it was not brought.

Chic hotel! We booked the moon room. My husband and I were satisfied. The taxi to the restaurant arrived on time. Met is ready. Candles, champagne, fruit…in one word romance. Everything was so perfect that there are just not enough words. The room itself is clean, beautiful. Everything worked perfectly. Amazing hotel! We booked a Yacht lounge for our wedding night and took a Thai exotic package. This is something unreal! Insanely romantic and relaxing atmosphere, professional staff, chic massage, candles, Jacuzzi and sauna… Everything was just magical! I can’t imagine a better end to the wedding! I decided to give my husband a present for our wedding anniversary and booked a room in a Premium hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the site is all presented in detail. For me, the most important thing in this order was the Jacuzzi and decorations. Spa C Jacuzzi was a great addition to the long – awaited evening, but with the decorations was not very-nothing to say… Yes, there were candles all over the room, rose petals were around the candles, more petals on the side of the Jacuzzi and a heart on the bed.

Rested at this hotel with 4.05.17 for 7.05.17 with a young man. Everything was very pleasant. Small, cozy, stylish, clean hotel. The rooms are new, the interior is decorated exquisitely and tastefully. Very pleased with the hotel staff, all attentive, polite and try to help in everything. Most likely, the next visit to the city will stay here. Recommend.

23.08.2016 заказывали номер для молодых в Хрустальной комнате. СПАСИБО!!! Ни минуты не пожалели. Красиво, чисто, уютно, персонал приветливый, сервис выше всяких похвал. Все очень понравилось нашим молодым. Благодарим весь персонал гостиницы за доставленное удовольствие!

Останавливались в этом отеле в Хрустальной комнате с 15 на 16 августа, т.е. были в отеле всего один день, но это того стоило! Очень красивый отель, персонал – настоящие профессионалы и очень вежливые. Мы селились в номер для молодожёнов, и к нашему приезду все было готово – лепестки, джакузи, шампанское .

Красивый центр города Санкт-Петербург! Хороший отель, масса приятных эмоций и отличный сервис! Спасибо… Спасибо за хорошее обслуживание, уютные номера: коралловый, гранатовый, бирюзовый. Отдельное спасибо администратору Наталье!!!
